Loved everything about this stay! Perfect for walking through the downtown area and wharf. They have complimentary bike rentals so we did that both days and biked through cannery row and some of highway 1 17 mile ride. Only comment is they did not leave us hand soap for the bathroom. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

I was so disappointed with this stay. Upon check in I discovered there was no elevator nor was there a luggage cart. Luckily security was available to help so that was cool. When i checked into the room it smelled awful but id checked in so late i asked if i could change it the next day. There were no adequate rooms available. They all smelled terrible so i stayed in the room i was in. The room itself hasn’t been updated since the late 1990’s if that. The bedding/flooring/ and room details were all so antiquated. There is a constant noise that went all through the night. I would never stay at this facility again. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was mediocre. Couple of good items but overall not worth it. Stay away from the Brussel sprouts unless you enjoy extremely bitter.
