The property was beautiful and clean and the manager Miranda was very helpful. They upgraded our room too and we got to enjoy the nice outdoor hot tub. Would stay here again!

Amazing! Location! Excellent Free Breakfast!
This is the place to be, we been coming to visit Carmel for 10 years. We always stayed at the Marriot in Monterey. We decided to stay in Carmel this time and the experience was wonderful, beacuse we didn’t need to drive from Monterey. I’m very pleased with Coachman Inn, because: The best fresh breakfast with real eggs (not from the box) is really nice. At 4:00pm they have home made cookies and at 4:30pm wine and a cheese plater social for free. Free parking is so convenient, and fast. They are shops and restaurants cross the street, is 1 minute walk to the main street Ocean Av. You can also walk to the beach. I love it and I will be back. We got the Deluxe suite that has extra space if you need to acomode a 3rd child. Thank you for the awesome time!!

Lovely stay
Lovely room and very nice to have cheese and wine at 5.30pm. Excellent breakfast. A fire in our room was a welcome addition and the facilities were very comfortable. Only issue was that the floorboards above creaked a lot so we were disturbed by people moving around upstairs. Room 205 is next to the laundry and service area so it’s quite noisily early in the morning until later in the evening. Not the best room but all very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location and very well cared for. Rooms are large and well appointed. Wonderful breakfast, wine and cheese plus and cookies. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning and we hit a very hot spell. There was only a fan in the room. The windows had to be left open at night on the busy street so it was quite noisy.

A fantastic find! The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Big comfy beds. Afternoon wine tasting was a bonus. My only coment to the hotel is an extra mirror would have been useful. There was only one in the bathroom . Best hotel of our trip

A delightful inn in the perfect location - so close to everything. Rooms have been newly remodeled - perfectly appointed and clean. Having breakfast, cookies and afternoon wine and goodies was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast and happy hour were very nice. Parking was difficult at times coming and going. And the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors talking in their room and the stepping around above us was very loud.

What a great experience. Very comfortable hotel. Fireplace was extra cozy. Breakfast is beyond any complimentary breakfast we've experienced. Good way to meet others staying at the Coachman. Parking is tight but parking on the street is not an issue. We didn't need to do this but did inquire. Centrally located in Carmel. Fine dining surrounds the hotel but we also found local deli's to grab sandwiches for road trips.
