Cute little motel, very clean, staff very friendly. Rooms are simple, yet very spacious and clean. Breakfast is pretty good, simple, but great options to choose from. Good value for the price. Family and kids friendly. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, nice, clean, and spacious room. Fairly thin windows/walls so some noise at night from cars. Easy walk to downtown/restaurants but away from the busy area, about 10 min walk to conference center. I would go stay here again!

Not happy at all. It said it was beachside. It’s not it’s a 20 min walk. The reviews said excellent I’m not sure who they are paying to write that.

This property is a little gem! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and the room was a nice size. The highlight was the deck by a small creek. It was lovely! We had a room right off the deck and we opened the slider at night to get some cool air in the room (no ac at this property and there was a heatwave). The room cooled off nicely and the nature sounds were soothing after a long day of driving. The front desk does have fans if you needed one. I think I might just have a fan in every room like they do the portable heaters. The breakfast spread was very nice. Croissants, instant oatmeal, bagels, eggs waffles to toast, all great! Other than fans in all rooms, I would recommend that the property have side tables on all sides of the beds for electronic devices, drinks, etc. Great stay!! I highly recommend!

Friendly front desk staff. I had no issues checking in. Parking lot felt safe for my vehicle overnight. Quiet property walkable to downtown. Pleasant variety of breakfast foods available in the morning. Room was comfortable. Microwave, coffee maker and small fridge in the room were convenient touches. Bed was comfy and temperature was good even without air conditioning. Room heater is available for cooler evenings. I recommend this place to stay in Monterey.
