The front desk staff are SO NICE. They are very welcoming, informative, and just so pleasant to talk to. This quiet inn was in the perfect spot! It's just a 10 minute walk from Asilomar Beach, which is not popular. It was like we had the beach to ourselves. Then it was a 10 minute drive to the aquarium. BUT, it is in a deer/fawning zone. We saw 2-3 deer on people's lawns during our 3 day stay. There is maybe 20-25 rooms, so parking was easy. We couldnt hear our neighbors at all either, which was great! The rooms were clean, a pretty decent size, and stocked with plenty of towels. My one (personal) complaint is that the fan hummed very loudly. Since they're so close to the beach, they don't have any AC units. Your room has to stay cool/cool down by opening windows and using the fan. I'm not sure how common this is, but I wasn't too comfortable with leaving the window open WHILE having to deal with a loud ceiling fan. Other than that though, our stay was wonderful.

The location at Deer Haven is isolated from the city, but conveniently close by car to many shops and restaurants. This property is managed by Sue, and she is so kind and charming, which matches the image for this property. Highly recommended (w/ fireplace).

Great value

Perfect location walkable to Asilomar park and gorgeous sunset. Staff were helpful, clear in suggestions and generally kind. Space was clean updated and very quiet. Great value for that area.
