We had a suite unit. Staff were beyond professional. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Was the most perfect unit for 5 people, so had three bed in an 1 bed suite; three real and comfortable beds, not a pull out! Very close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Would stay again here!

Decent place in line with the budget

Pretty much what you'd expect for a two-star motel. Small room with not much space to spread out. Room was in fairly good shape with comfy bed, soft sheets, and firm pillows. Heater kept room warm for a February stay. I just had to stuff the gap at the foot of the door with a spare towel to keep the cold air outside from coming in. At 10:55 pm, I was still hearing planes go by overhead. But the sounds of overhead planes didn't bother me as much as hearing conversations from the room next door. Fortunately, that was not too constant during my stay. Wi-Fi speed was fast enough to stream media, but it's unprotected. Finally, the water pressure for the shower made it challenging to bathe. Definitely a motel to consider if you're on a budget and aware of the drawbacks.

Check in was quick and easy. Parking was nice, get to park right in front of my door where im staying. Everything was nice until power outage happened around probably 5:30pm and we stayed with no power electricity until around 9pm. Felt like it was not worth my money anymore and it was pretty bad because of that almost 4 hours no power, no lights, no heater especially with 3 little ones under age 6. We just stayed in with no power, all cold, wondering what is going on. Never got notified what was going on until we went to the office and asked and they say it estimate come back on 7pm but never did until almost 9pm.. Also my little one wanted to go to the indoor pool but couldnt because of no electricity. He loves pool but couldnt go. That sucked alot.

Comfortable has a covered pool and easy

Great value for the money. The pool wasn't super warm but definitely swimmable in February. Room had everything needed and was modern and comfortable. Don't usually stay at motels but was very happy and satisfied (booked because of pool)
