The building is fairly old, though some upgrades have been made to give it a slightly modern touch. The toilets are pretty old, so they're low and you might have to play with the handles to get them to flush. The beds are full size, which are on the smaller side, and the rooms are a bit tight, especially for a family of four. That said, the location is decent and convenient for visiting the area—right next to the freeway, close to food, and near the wharf and Cannery Row. These small and affordable rooms work well if you're just there to sleep with a family of four.

Nice stay!!!!

Very good, stayed 1 night and was really good stay. Definitely recommend, their breakfast was great. Plenty of good choices. Will be looking for other hotels like this on our next stay!

The property location was very good but the hotel cleaniness and maintenance was poor. For example, the hot tub was out of order, elevators and hallways were dirty. Room had smeel of bleach.

No Tv, no service. I was safe & the coffee was ok.

One light was out. The clock was off by 6 hrs. But worse, the tv said “no signal” and I had to wait on hold for a while, gave up called again, someone said they would fix the tv. I waited an hour, called again, on hold again. Finally I gave up and did not have a tv. Later in the evening I went down and let the front desk know. The manager said, “I’ll take not of it.” That’s it. In the night, the heater made a routine beep that would wake me up.
