No Tv, no service. I was safe & the coffee was ok.

One light was out. The clock was off by 6 hrs. But worse, the tv said “no signal” and I had to wait on hold for a while, gave up called again, someone said they would fix the tv. I waited an hour, called again, on hold again. Finally I gave up and did not have a tv. Later in the evening I went down and let the front desk know. The manager said, “I’ll take not of it.” That’s it. In the night, the heater made a routine beep that would wake me up.

I will start by saying the fix almost everything by the second night. We stayed two nights and when we arrived the sink handle was broken and the ac didn’t work. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. They couldn’t fix it then but we gave them permission to come back if we weren’t there. This was at 430, the didn’t show up again till 9pm. The only rang the phone twice we didn’t have time to answer and then they came knocking wanting to fix things. We have a little and she was

Tidy but lumpy beds with springs pushing thru mattress Front desk service 10/10 Open outside concept of elevator without security measures in place (card tap to floors), makes outdoor access to rooms available to anyone. Some rooms back onto pond, and parking lot making them vulnerable to anyone entering balconies and upper level. Appeared to be a few questionable characters roaming the hotel area and surrounding pond at all hours

Hotel room doors open to the outside. Elevator, hallways completely available to anyone staying with the hotel or not. Carpet was filthy. Outdoor hallway floors felt dirty & sticky. Thankfully, only had to stay 1 night.
