The staff was great and extremely friendly, give us great advise on where to eat. Hotel is super quiet. The only thing I didn’t like that the hotel has so many stairs.

Cleanliness of the room and grounds. Easy walk to the Cannery Row and Aquarium. Short drive to downtown and Fisherman’s Wharf. Only downside was the loud HVAC system.

We had two deluxe king rooms, the rooms were clean and spacious, comfy beds and pillows. Ac worked perfecly, black out shades were nice. As for noise i thought it was fine, never heard anyone else in their rooms. The morning hours you could hear familes coming and going, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, when we sleep, we ALWAYS have ear plugs. The food was good, it was a great free breakfast. We all enjoyed going down there and getting our coffee and breakfast. The coffee was really good, the pancake machine was cool! I would like to suggest a few more gluten free options. My daughter couldnt have the potatoes because they almost looked breaded but the facilty had no information on them. They did however provide a binder showing what is GF but the potatoes were the only thing not listed. And the cereals they had, none of them were gluten free. This was the only minor inconvenience.

The beds were very hard did not sleep good especially from the street noise smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel could not even use the cart for luggage do to many different levels of rooms on each floor and elevator only stops at one level not very convenient at all I personally would not stay a second time sorry
