Omg Veronica at the front desk is mean and rude and scary. Avoid her at all cost. She will get mad and will not check you in if you are on the phone. They will not give extra comforter or sheet. I was afraid to ask for anything else. I always had great experience at Holiday Inns. Veronica ruined this one.

Late Check In - unexpected guest

For the most part everything went smoothly other than the fact that the room assigned to me was occupied by another guest. I went back to the reception and they assigned a new double bed room to me. The receptionist proceeded to tell me there would not be an additional charge for the room even though it had been the hotel's mistake
