This is now my favorite spot to stay when visiting Monterey. The morning staff was wonderful I didn’t get the lady’s name that helped us Saturday morning but she was wonderful. My only complain is the afternoon and evening staff (2 females front desk) were not so nice or helpful they shouldn’t work the front desk if they don’t want to be there… but I would definitely recommend staying here you definitely won’t be disappointed💕

The rooms are large here. I stayed at 3 properties in the area and this was by far the best. There was so much room we could fit 5 piece of luggage, have space to work and not trip in our stuff. I loved the restaurants and Dust Bowl Brewery. Less tourist VS Cannery Row. Breakfast burritos everyday were perfect. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and that was the only downfall.

Great customer service as we checked in, she was super polite and very helpful. Room smelled clean. Breakfast included which is a plus but the bagels were hard like if they were old and another minus point is the walls are super thin you coud hear everything!!! Someone was vacuuming at 10pm! Which was horrible.

Lovely comfortable room

Lovely room. Only problem was the door didn’t close all the way at the bottom so there was a significant draft. We used a blanket from the closet to cover it.

We stayed in a suit and had a fabulous time! We loved the fireplace and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast hit the spot before we went to the aquarium. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we come to Monterey.
