Amazing stay such a beautiful hotel and so close to everything in Carmel. Staff were very helpful and made our stay that bit better wish we could have stayed longer.

Relaxing Weekend
The newly renovated hotel is such a beautiful property! They did updates without changing the feel of the hotel. The extra touches they provide makes staying there a joy! I honestly have no complaints. The breakfast that is included is by far the best one I have enjoyed in a long time! Most included breakfasts are lacking but this was delicious and such a wonderful surprise. The array of folks staying there were all also friendly. The hotel is the best of both worlds and its close to the beach and not far to the village. I can't say enough about it! It was the best place for a Staycation and a fun time with friends!

The only problem I had, was with the curly haired kid at the front desk at checkout, who gave me attitude.Everyone else was great! Great hotel but that may have ruined my experience at this hotel

The most outrageous charge ever of a $250 pet fee for a one night stay. No pet amenities either, not even a bowl for water provided for this incomprehensible charge. Neighboring 3 star hotels (like this hotel in truth actually is) had a lesser nightly rate than this for an entire room for 2 people. Hotel was empty the next morning but still would not budge even 30 minutes for a late checkout request. Noise travel between rooms on all sides reminiscent of a Motel 6 or Travelodge. Inadequate guest parking, they suggest you find street parking in the neighborhood if you’re not lucky enough to get one of the dozen available spaces for the whole hotel. Prepare to feel ripped off and disappointed if you stay here, especially if you bring a pet.
