Terrible, I checked in and chose hotels.com to pay at the hotel. I gave the gentleman my credit card and he said ok. Praise the Lord we did not overdraft on my anniversary trip.For come nighttime on the first night I realized the 100.00 hold posted to our debit card. And the next day the 200.00 was charged. The only thing that makes sense is that it's my preferred card on hotels.com and stored there. The pillows they give you three super flat ones. We had to request 2 more. The worst bathroom ever. You could hardly shut the door it was so small. Very cheap fridge and tiny TV. Like a doll house. Heater hardly works, somehow they put a cheep patio table inside for a coffee table so weird.

The room photos shown on EXPEDIA were not even close to what we found upon arrival. The lack of space was not mentioned & lack of attention paid towards extention cords not being restrained is worrying. It would have been nice if the bathroom light switch & fan weren't all connected to the same switch. It also would have been nice to know that our room was an interconnecting room as the noise of young children does travel.

Room was sufficient, just not a standout. Could use a remodel so that dresser is actually usable. Had to purchase new pillows as the ones provided were so flat!

Excellent service by all staff. Very clean, well maintained. I greatly enjoyed the atmosphere and so close to a park, and ocean which has a small beach. It’s very beautiful. There were a few people swimming and surfing as well. The water is clear and peaceful. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops right across the street and in front of the beach/ocean. The beds were very comfortable. I suffer from back pain and I didn’t have any back pain all 3 nights I stayed. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and include great on site care including small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer.

Room was not clean, found hair in the shower. Parking in the garage was not lit, didn't feel it was secure... Noisy neighbors until 3am.. walls are super thin... Heard street noise all night. Would not stay there again... Only good thing was the restaurant across the street.
