They are renovating/updating. But this is a fabulous location, very friendly/accomodating staff. Free off street parking! We would stay here again!

Small and dated, but that's a perfectly reasonable tradeoff for the location and price. Check in process was fine. Room was clean, though the paint/trim/fixture work & and upkeep was really poor. The main problem was the noise. Paper thin walls meant that every footstep in the room above, every conversation outside sound like they're in the room with you. I'm not a particularly light sleeper, but I struggled to get 4-5hrs/night.

The shower doesn’t drain because of new tile work that does not slope to drain so you end up taking a dirty foot bath. No towel hooks anywhere. Very noisy. Will not return.

While the hotel itself is nice the staff and service was horrible. When booking it says pay at hotel yet was charged prior to arrival. Was charged three times for the same room. One charge was reversed but I am still fighting to get the 3rd refunded. When calling the hotel I was first told they would refund and now they say they don’t see the 3rd charge. Well my bank account sure does. Charged over $1200 when it was only $300! Not what I was expecting for my sisters memorial weekend. Will never stay here again!

Old beach front motel dated but ok- is what it is

The location was great. Staff was nice. This is an old ocean front motel. Doors to outside and road. Smaller room, sink in room, old gas wall heater and generally just old and basic. When I arrived it was 42 degrees out and my windows were both open- making me question what happen the night before.

We booked this stay because of the location but we would not book here again. Check in is at 4pm we got there at 5:15pm and were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back around 6pm. What was most frustrating is that we didn’t have hot water to shower at best it was lukewarm.
