Very limited breakfast choices. There is no lobby.. and no 24x7 service available. More like a old large home converted to a hotel. The old decor as a good antique touch but the condition is not great. It is actually old. No Ocean view from the room. Most rooms do not have any ocean view.

I loved it here. Spent my 30th birthday and did a photoshoot in the room. It’s sooooo cute! Breakfast was delicious. The views are phenomenal. Definitely will stay here again!

- Room extremely small; once a suitcase was open, there was barely space to walk - “Antique” style felt more like poor maintenance than intentional design • Lobby couch was visibly broken and sunken • Musty smell in the room • Window screws fell out when trying to open it • Visible wear and damage on furniture (e.g., wardrobe) • Bed headboard was thin, unstable, and very noisy - difficult to sit or rest against • Blanket provided was extremely thin and unsuitable for cold weather • No extra blankets available when requested • Heater appeared nonfunctional despite being set over 80° • Fireplace difficult to use; low-quality matches and short-lasting heat • Wi-Fi only worked near the doorway or edge of the bed • Found a large bug in my omelet at breakfast, raising serious cleanliness concerns

Proximity to the water was awesome- but not enough to outweigh the negatives. Wifi never worked. The bed was super uncomfortable. The fireplace was a pain and didn’t stay lit. The staff always seemed vaguely annoyed to be there… just not a great experience.

This is the cutest hotel, with the best staff. What a lovely experience. Right on the ocean, old Hollywood charm, delicious breakfast and the best part was a in-room wood burning fireplace that they provide wood and matches for you. I will return to this place again! 10/10!

Excellent location, within walking distance of the aquarium along a beautiful shore path. Beautiful central courtyard garden, unbelievable view from breakfast, which was quite good. Rooms are decorated with antiques which made it slightly crowded.
