The bed was as hard as a rock and so were the pillows. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. No parking for their customers. We had to park on a side street because they didn't have any spaces left. The only reason I give it two stars is because the location was kind of close to downtown.

Somewhat limited breakfast offerings such as no hot food, but good enough. Room was very clean and pretty. Some guests seemed to get those wax fire logs to burn in the fireplaces; we did not get offered them x 2 rooms. Very well located. Very, very nice staff.

The breakfast good, just not much of interest, but all things considered including price, it would be unreasonable to expect more, there was really nothing wrong with it.

The room was stuffy, with old furniture. It needs to be deep-cleaned and aerated on a regular basis. The pull out sofa is old & down right uncomfortable. The breakfast was OK (what else can you expect from a continental breakfast?) with lots of bad carbs. Good location, but one bathroom for 4 people with no other bathroom anywhere on site (such as the lobby) was unacceptable. I would not stay here again for half the price.

Lovely historical hotel. Beautifully restored with many original details but also nicely appointed with modern conveniences. For example, large newly renovated bathroom and great wifi. It is rare to find a historical hotel that retains its vintage charm with such well done modern updates. Additionally, all staff we had contact with were incredibly welcoming, professional & a pleasure to chat with.
