When we arrived we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was full of urine and toilet paper, the room had an unclean smell and the tv had no remote. They brought us a remote that turned the tv on but wouldnt change the channel or volume. Once we realized the toilet situation we asked to change rooms. We were put in another semi clean room (smelled better). Tv still didn't work. It took them literally 1 hour to bring us another remote which didnt work. They ended up switching the tv with one from another room. Then we noticed they had given us only 1 bath towel for 2 of us. No wash cloths or hand towels either. Breakfast was not good at all. Very bland and hardly anything to choose from. We ended up checking out at 7:45am because we were just over it. Staff was extremely nice though were extremely k

The room was not clean. Thier was waste in the toilet. Long womans hair in the bed and all over the ground. Tv didn't work. We came in real late and were too tired to request a different room. But wish we had because my wife and i had a very restless sleep. I don't recommend anyone staying here. The room photos didn't represent onlinewhat we received. Please get better hous keeping.

The room could've been cleaner but the location was awesome. However, the cleaning staff were extremely loud in the morning and it was hard to sleep. One of them was on the phone (loud speaker) and was yelling across the building.

room was not clean and the sheets were stained we went and bought sheets to put on top, remote for room was broken you had to hold on to top to get it to work, for being a radisson hotel was very disappointed, would not recommend

Cockroaches on wall, and bugs on headboard. No deadbolt on door, only 1 towel. Complained and switched to better room but still had to request use of a broom to sweep the floors! Will never stay there again!

Admittedly I did not read the reviews before booking. I relied on inaccurate photos, price, and location; lesson learned. Upon arrival the front desk was nice and check in was efficient. We went to our assigned room and found it to be a bit run down with water damage, rust, chips and dings on the walls, smoke detector missing with wires hanging down, and generally underwhelming. We were just going to deal with it until I found a large puddle and crack on the ground near one of the windows. I went to the front desk, the clerk did not seem surprised or apologize but did quickly assign us a new room directly above the previous room. I went to inspect the new room and found it in similar condition and an even larger puddle under a couch near a window. I immediately went to the front desk, again he reassigned us a new room. The new room was substantially smaller, the light switch near the door was not operable, and the only lights I could find were a desk lamp and the water closet light. I started my way back to the office and the clerk was already on his way to see if the room was okay. I told him it wasnt because of the lights. He was pretty annoyed with me and said there were lights and I told him to show me. There was just two desk lamps and a light switch hidden behind a microwave 10 feet away from the bathroom sink. The bedding had stains and was itchy, the TV did not fully function, and our last night we found a cockroach hanging on the wall. Loud road noise and loud guests

This hotel is horrible. Stay away. So many things to mention, but it's surprising to me that this hotel can pass county health inspections. The staff just lies about any promises.

The room was filthy holes in the walls blood on the floor curtains and bedding was dirty bugs flying around inside the room. Me and my fiancé didn’t stay had to turn around and head home. I paid for a room that I didn’t stay in the pictures on your app is false advertisement.

They moved us to another room and it was missing a lot of stuff like the tv remote, the ice box and pillows they got them for us but it was just ridicules that we had to ask for that and the sheets had a hole in them the front door frame was broken and the ceiling was so dirty as well I will never stay at this place again

When we came back with food to put inn refrigerator roaches came out. Also, we noticed after getting ready for bed the smoke alarm was missing and wires hanging from ceiling. Lipstick on lamp shade sone rust stain bottom of bed on floor.

The walls are paper thin and this was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been at. Cleaning staff outside the room with loud rolling carts while singing at the top of their lungs. There was only one towel in the room. We were able to get another towel and a hand towel at the front desk, but no wash cloths. We were only given half a roll of toilet paper. Waited forever at the front desk - it wasn’t well attended. Overall poor experience.

Got there to check in around 11pm and there were three different groups all complaining that their rooms had no electricity or that the fire alarm was broken and going off. We decided not to risk it and ended up just driving all the way home 2.5 hours. The front desk guy was quick to cancel our reservation, though, so that was nice.
