Renovation surprise
I was unaware of the ongoing renovation. Usually, I can deal with unexpected issues. However, this experience was not acceptable. The smoke alarm was not connected, the fire system was covered in plastic, and no lighting in the sink area. The most alarming thing was the disgraceful bedding/mattress which were soiled with bodily fluids. I have pictures! The mattress should have been tossed a long time ago.

I had to go to the office to get towels on arrival. The towels had an unpleasant odor which was worse when damp. The same odor was in the bed linens which made it difficult to sleep. The TV remote worked only partially. The TV had to be turned off with the button on the TV, and channels selected only by the number buttons.

This property is very poorly run. In my room, the rack for towels fell off when I tried to put towels on it. There was a hole in the ceiling as if something had been in the ceiling and it was stuffed with plastic bags. There were no towels in the room and I was only given two towels with no bath mat.. One towel was very thin so I used that as a bath mat. The free breakfast was terrible so we went out the next morning. Would not recommend this property.

Nothing, it sucked ass. From every poit from check in to check failed The laundry room, broken. They tell me to go next door the the Best Wester, their pandry facilities? Broken. I go to ask front desk they tell me that its the same general manager. No wonder why it sucked ass. By the? They cpean your room only after 3 consecutive days. (I was there for 7) Duringy 4th day of check in, I adked if i could have my room cleaned, tthe housekeeper asked if i was xlchecking out. Im done. Never again and i could care less on the rates. There are better placces to sray cliser to where i would like to be

The air conditioner didn't work the sheets were dirty the floor was filthy. We stayed here 3 days and unfortunately were stuck. We have stayed here before but this time it was awful, 😭 I ask for me sheets and towels and never s receive any. Ask for refund due to the vending machine eating or money and nothing. I have been sick so it's taken me a couple days to write the review. I'm honestly looking for my refund. I didn't even stay there the two other nights.

So disgusted and disappointed with this hotel. No towels in the first room we checked into and the 2nd room. Dirty sheets in the first room, garbage in the trash can, the shower was horrific , paint chipping off the walls and where you stand to take a shower was black. Our first room at 2 1/2 pillows. 2nd room light bulbs were different colors for the lights and no power cord for the TV! After calling front desk multiple times for a power cord and towels they never brought them up. They also failed to bring up a blow dryer. This was the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and pay 1-150 dollars more on a higher quality hotel that cars & that offers better customer service.

A bit dated rooms,our first room was unexpected wires hanging from ceiling,painted and loaded fire sprinklers throughout electrical outlets that didn't work outdated fixtures in the restrooms just really not a well taken care of facility seems they need some upgrading and not allow people to live in their units a bit of transients were abound and roaming around the property over all people are going to pay and stay here because it's in Marina however the rates should match the facility

The property was in poor condition with a Jacuzzi that was empty (in the middle of summer) and our rooms that lacked towels upon arrival. The room cleaned on the surface but had stains on some of the bed sheets and the tub was poorly cleaned. Additionally, the room were in poor condition as was much of the hotel. We checked out after 1 night and chose a different hotel.

NEEDS IMMEDIATE REFURBISHING!!! First, the positive: it was a great location if you like being close to the beach. HOWEVER, the property is totally run down and outdated. I reserved for two nights and left a day early for another hotel without even letting the front desk know. The sheets were soiled, the bathroom was dark and old, and the amenities were very sparse. They clean every third day, which is unthinkable in August 2024. The hotel is in a great part of town, but you get what you pay for! NOT FOR ME; NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!!

Stay away.
I've stayed in well over 500 hotels and this is the worst hotel I've ever been to. If at all possible, do not stay here. The pictures are not at all representative of the reality of the place. I paid an average of $375/night for absolute garbage accommodations. - The pool is closed by the order of the local authorities which is a pretty good clue that the place is crap. - Multiple people that had rooms there when I did had to request towels after they checked in. - The hot water in the shower consistently varied from scalding to freezing. I could actually hear the hot water stop flowing to the shower for approximately a minute and then it turned back on. - The towel rack literally broke off the wall when I hung my towel on it. - The air conditioner is loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night when it turns on (I am not a light sleeper). - When I requested a hair dryer to be brought to the room, the front desk agent wrote my room number on her hand and said one would be brought up. Shockingly, that didn't happen. - Upon requesting a hair dryer again, I was told to find the maids and ask them for one. I couldn't find them and gave up. It's a terrible place.
