Checked in and the room with the king size bed had not been cleaned, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and personal hygiene effects laying on floor. When we told the office they said “sorry there are no other King’s available”, and provided us with a double “queen”. Which was not a queen because I have one at home, it was more like an adult twin size. Being very late at night it was too late to switch so we took it. Bed spread had stains on them and bath towels almost had a hole it.

The bed sheet had dried blood stain. Got a new sheet from person on duty. Then I found the toilet seat was unclean, pretty gross. Everything else is ok but just please could you clean your sheets and toilet seats…..

They were unable to provide extra paper cups when we asked for them. The coffee maker didn’t have the coffee holder. The bathroom was poorly stocked. We chose this motel for its cleanliness and convenience. But the lack of any kind of service was disappointing.

Was looking for a Motel that would offer early check in. The manager at Fireplace Inn was Great. He was so accommodating . After a phone call, he told me our room would be ready by1:00PM. We arrived at 12:45PM. Our room was ready just like he said. Thank You Fireplace Inn for this. We had a wedding to go to and needed to get dressed. Like I said above, the manager was great, So easy to work with and esopeciallly friendy. Would stay here again..

This is a very nice motel for the price. Management is extremely helpful and kind. About 15 minutes drive from Airport. I highly suggest this hotel for the budget minded.

Freshly painted but without any lamps in the room. Not enough pillows. Towels were small and faded. No iron and ironing board had no padding. Smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag.

Would recommend!
appreciate some nice perks: courteous staff, many nice updates to room (new flooring, new marbled tiles and lighting in bathroom, fresh paint, nightstands on both side of bed, lots of outlets), recessed lighting, wonderful firm mattress, refrigerator and microwave in room. Overall, we felt it was an excellent value. Our stay was very pleasant that we returned 2 days later!

I was given a room that had not been clean, the floors were dirty and there was only one pillow on the bed. The bed sheets were full of dirty and there were bottle caps and empty bottles on the side of the bed, so I requested to change rooms and they did. The room was similar and my bed sheets had large pieces of old food and had a smell. I decided to check out and requested a refund but the front desk the owner was not there. I have been trying to get in contact with owner but have not been successful. Would not recommend.
