We were given unit 2 with severe water damage. Wood floors were buckled due to the damage that was not repaired. We were given unit 1after requesting a replacement. The unit is also bad. Some water damage on door, very small vanity in the bathroom just enough for a couple toothbrushes. Poor condition of vanity with door for the bathroom can’t closed. No place to hang clothes. Just terrible experience. Seems the bedsheets weren’t replaced. Both bedsheets were installed inside out. Coincidence? Perhaps, but not likely.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, the room we had was nice and quite. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby but wish the rooms had coffee as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Big shopping center near by with starbucks. (saved me) During my stay the property and surrounding area experienced a power outage for more than 24hrs, my 2 day stay allowed me to have power just as I arrived (late check in) and just before I left the morning of (around 8am). Property does not have a generator so it was a tough experience as there was no heat, and i visited in December. thankfully was able to charge my phone a bit in my car and crank the heater. I understand the facility didnt cause this, but considering it seems to be a common occurrence in the area I would have expected better service for this situation. The hotel also went down to $1 during the outage so I requested a refund since I had paid way more than that and was stuck cold and in the dark, but it was denied. Over all the hotel is nice and looks newish, the nearby shopping center has a generator so I was also able to get coffee and breakfast at starbucks. I had to go find candles and a lighter to be able to have some light in the room, spent extra due to this, so just would have been nice to at least get the reduced rate offered on expedia when the outage happened.
