Both ice machines were out of order, the phone didn't work, had to call the front desk on my cell phn, the TV remote went to a different TV. I took no photos, already wasted a $100 wasn't gonna waste my time aswell

I booked this motel because it was the only one in the area that Expedia didn’t show a deposit was required for but when I checked in, I was surprised with a $150 required deposit. The walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom where it looked like spots of blood and other mystery bio drips. I would not stay here again.

Okay, for a Motel
I was expecting much worse for a motel but it was actually pretty decent. The only problem I had was the toilet seat was broken and no one ever came to fix it and I was there for four days.

Pretty nice for what we pay. Mattresses of the beds were nice and comfortable. Disagreed to pay $150 deposit. It’s my first time in a very long time that I have to pay for it.

Staff was friendly, the door lock looking like it got broken into previously made me a lil nervous as a solo traveler. Otherwise clean and comfortable. This area isn’t really good for someone without a vehicle.

Reserved a non-smoking room, but as soon as door was opened the room reeked of smoking. Mold in shower. Bathroom had no counter for toiletries. Floor was dirty; had to wear shoes. Room was NOT as advertised.

Unsanitary dirty walls and roaches when I told front desk in the afternoon shift about the condition she was rude and stated I should of said something so they can clean it. When guest should come to a clean room specially being so expensive.

The room was not in good condition, the floor was dirty, the bathroom and window had mold , and the room was musty. The outside was also very dirty. I will never stay there again.
