Ver nice low budget option 15 min by car to the pier or cannery row. Super disappointing they want $40.00 to check in 57 min early manager statement. Place operated with minimal staff as no one on site to assist before 3 pm Very clean room and grounds.

Staff is very nice and helpful. I love the fireplace and logs you can get to keep warm.
We always enjoy or stay here at the Pelican Inn. Manager provides amazing customer service and she even remembered me after only staying with them once, months ago. Booked a room with a fireplace this time and it was warm, quiet, and relaxing. Exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay at a great price.
The room was clean and comfortable. Only contact with staff was at chek in. I made it clear to check ickerk that I didnt like or feel comfortabke prividing a credit card and drivers lucence at check in, Especislly since I prepaid for the room.
The owner was very friendly, which set the tone for our stay, and recommended us a nearby pizza place (Pizza at Heart) that was so good we went twice! In the deluxe king room the fireplace was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. Wasn’t exactly soundproof but still peaceful. Roomy, home-like, and a wonderful price for its value. Will stay again! Thank you! :)
The price was good and the service was awesome. Power went out several times in the morning and it came back quickly the first 2 times but by the third time it just never turned back on so I just went ahead and checked out by 8 am
