I am disappointed with the customer service at this hotel... the manager Chandra Parmar has a bad attitude and is rude, the other front desk workers have poor customer service, there is no courtesy and the rooms stink of dirt... I do not recommend this hotel... the guests I met also commented that this bad attitude towards customer service is constant... if you want to ruin your trip with a bad impression of lodging, go to Quality In in King City.

The older male owner/manager is rude, poor attitude
And they do not allow pets/service animals
If you come and have a service animal you must be prepared to bring the service animals paperwork or else you will denied access to the hotel even if you have a reservation. Room has stained towels they will not give you more if you ask for more and blankets as well I asked for one more and the owner asked me how many people I had staying in the room although I had booked 6 rooms in their property.
We will never stay at this property again.
Comfortable, quiet, everything you need to rest. Safe, no issues parking and i appreciated the comfortable bed a d thermostat that kwpt me cool and warm as needed. Would stay here again when passing through. Good coffee in the morning. Easy and quick check in.
Property is clean and can’t complain compare to nearby Inns. We stay here yearly during bike rides and cleanliness is something consistent with this place.

Front desk person was unwelcoming. Just handed us the key and told us our room number. No other
words. And as we're settling down in our room, another family is trying to get in, it was booked to another customer.

This place was ok for the price. It’s old, tired but functional and clean. If the staff were friendly I would have been satisfied but there were zero smiles and I felt like I was a hassle when asking questions.

It seems staff do not like guests very much.
I called to enquire if they had HBO, the clerk said yes, and then hung up.
I booked via expedia and arrived at 12:30 a.m.
I guess the clerk was asleep and showed his displeasure by being extremely curt with me.
Once i settled in i turned the tv on, but the remote was unresponsive.
Called the front desk and asked for another remote.
Was told i would have to come get it at the office and the clerk was put out even more then before. He pressed the on button which flashed red, which was enough for him to diagnose it as working fine. I said id like to try a different remote since that one wasnt working. He grudgingly complied. This remote worked fine.
Could not find HBO anywhere, the whole reason i booked with them in the 1st place. Finally figured out you need a wifi adaptor or a router to get HBO to work. I wanted to call the desk to assist me, but by now wa
