Even though there was construction work going on very close by it was surprisingly quiet. The only con would be availability of ADA rooms. My senior mother had a scare nearly falling trying to get out of the shower.

Cute little getaway spot.

Great little spot - very close to the mall and very short drive into downtown Monterey and on to the aquarium/cannery row. This is a fully renovated property with modern bathrooms, fridge and microwave in the room. VERY comfortable mattresses. Clean and well kept. Property is also nicely maintained and pretty.
