The bed was a bit high for a wheelchair user who's paralyzed. And the shower head could've been adjustable to allow the person to reach it at a lower level. There's only 1 handicap space that was occupied so we had to use 2 spaces to allow for us to take out the wheelchair from the side. Customer Service has been awesome though & we appreciate that.

At check in everything went smooth around 2 hours after check in we decided it was time to shower for the next day. When I went turn the shower on the water was very hot, I called the from office he came in to check it and said he would turn the water heater down but the problem wasn’t the water heater it was the shower. We didn’t feel too comfortable with the homeless hanging out in back of the hotel. That was our view from our back window. Not the hotels fault. It just is what it is. The hotel itself could have been cleaner. Rooms were small but there were six of us and a baby, so I recommended a 3rd room if taking that many people. We felt on top of each other. There is a smoking area which was nice for our smokers. The breakfast was pretty much junk food, so I ate what I packed. There was only one mirror in the suite we were in. I highly recommend a couple more mirrors. There were 3 of us trying to do makeup in the one bathroom. It was an okay stay. It was inexpensive so I got what I paid for.

We paid $504.00 for a filthy room (one inch thick dust, piles of crumbs in the corner, dirty floor) with broken fixtures (sink, shower curtain rod, toilet) and an unacceptable amount of noise from all sides.
