Booked a double queen, photos showed 2 beds, this was a one bed room. The bed was extremely firm, no give, felt like sleeping on a board. Floor was uneven and sinks down in multiple spots. Had more bounce and give then the bed. Breakfast provided had partially defrosted eggos and a carton of OJ left on a counter top, burnt eggo left on countertop, did not end up eating there. Staff was pleasant but only spoke to them at checkin, when I told them it was supposed to be 2 beds they said the picture must of been wrong and there was no offer to fix the issue.

This property appears recently to have been recently renovated. The rooms were clean and the AC units were free of dust and molds. The man who checked us in was nice and organized, he had everything ready for us and had called us in advance when we didn't arrive before 9 pm, I appreciated this(I normally call when I am going to check in that late). Our check-in was fast and pleasant. There are long-term tenants, the room a few doors down had kids yelling and playing video games and you could see trash etc. pilled up in their room(it was 11:30 pm). There were drunk people wandering around the property first thing in the morning(yes they were registered guests...). The breakfast room was gross... The pictures showed fruit, juice etc. None of that was there. The juice machine was out of service and had dried chunks of juice on it. They did have two types of cereal, oatmeal, and frozen waffles. The photo of the breakfast area is completely different aside from the sink it is very run down(no waffle maker, no muffins, no pastries, no fruit, no juice, no coffee machine).

Great room, pleasant staff unfortunately I talked to front desk clerk about a problem I had with the cleaner in my room. I had just purchased and barely used new cream, That jar had been opened and half of that had been removed meaning the whole thing is contaminated so there goes my product that I just bought. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and I want to make a report of that and have that signed by the staff or whoever signs it. I’m going to get a hold of the company. I just ordered this from to see if I can get a another one at a discounted price because I just paid $66 for this wonderful face cream just to have it stolen and then contaminated with what was left. There is a small magnetic spoon that sits on top of this product and you use only one scoop of that per day. Well, this was gouged in there you could see where they had gouged it in and it just had scooped out and put in something else. Oh there goes my cream. I want your company to pay for this. It’s your employee going through my items when I didn’t ask for service in my room. Please contact me via email. I would preferred in writing. Thank you sitting out with the rest of my things, not realizing service would be in there because We did not order service.

The motel unit itself was fine, relatively clean and modern. However, the soundproofing was non-existent. You could hear every noise from other guests (not being particularly loud - just moving around, chatting, watching TV, using the bathroom etc.) When people walked upstairs, the entire unit creaked loudly. We and our baby had a terrible night's sleep.

The Staff was fine. The room was dirty. Not as pictured. Everything in the room was sticky. The mini fridge was broken, no freezer and weird liquid dripping down the back of it on the inside of the fridge. Microwave didn't rotate. Beds are hard! The wall are SOOOO thin. I could hear my neighbors perfectly and the upstairs guest sounded like they were moving furniture all night.

Disliked: the wood blinds - hard to close and needed to be tightened so light coming in/privacy was an issue; no plug for tub so child could not take a bath; water either super hot or lukewarm due to faucet handle - also needed to be tightened or repaired; floor and TV remote filthy; could hear neighbors TV so difficult to get a good nights rest Liked: bedside spot light for reading and bathroom mirror was a nice modern touch; continental breakfast decent but had to ask about it.
