Staff was amazing. Check in was fast and room was clean with a nice view. The fire pits were nice to sit around and enjoy. Location perfect for walking everywhere.

The room is a little small. Bed and pillows not too comfortable. It was clean. It’s very close to cannery row and has parking so those are the big perks. No gym is a negative but easy to run onto a long bike path along the coast.

Bathrooms dirty and moldy and patio n a disarray! Which we paid extra for! Lock n door broken! Overall bad experience! Not worth the money!

Mold smell in bathroom due to water damage at te walls adjacent to the shower. Walls patched and painted but should have removed water damaged drywall and allowed interior of wall cavity to air dry then replace damaged areas with new drywall, patch and paint. Toilet did not flush properly, close to an overflow in the middle of the night. Not a happy thought. Wi-Fi quit working at about 11 pm and was not restored until we checked out the next morning.

Exceptional location! Adjacent to Cannery Row, there were many dining options. Do not miss the Wave Street Cafe for breakfast. Simply outstanding! The staff was overly accommodating and extremely friendly.

Gentleman who checked us in on Friday, 10/3, was fantastic! Great hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location, updated rooms, easy parking, friendly staff.

I did not care for a few things. No microwave, sliding door does not lock, you have to connect smart phones or iPad to the tv otherwise you can’t watch tv, beds are super hard (my back still hurts) and when I first got there the staff was talking ill about someone which I didn’t think was professional. I will not be staying here again. I paid $600+ for two nights and it was not worth it. The only thing this inn has going for it is the location.

Excellent value, steps from the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and stunning ocean walkway towards Pacific Grove which I took advantage of both mornings. Watch the otters and seals play around in the kelp and the pelicans doing their morning patrol along the coast line. No frills clean room with safe, coffee station, even has a bit of an ocean view. The only minor nuisance was the street noise early in the morning which the thin window panes do little to block out.

Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing. We arrived after check in hours and they were able to accommodate. Carol and Gina were super helpful made check in so smooth. Rooms were clean and everything was just amazing. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Nice decor

Perfect location. Nice walk to Cannery Row. Restaurants, Aquarium, shops. Coffee in room. Drinking water would have been good. Fire pit is nice touch.

Great place to stay

All in all our stay was great, but, I think the hotel should provide shampoo and conditioner and body wash. There was also no bag for dirty clothes.
