Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very courteous and professional. Quiet room (I think the windows are double-paned).Shout out to the staff taking care of the rooms! Very clean, walked into the bedroom and the bed looked like a big cloud! Nice little touches the way the towels were displayed (hotels don't seem to do this anymore). Location is excellent. I left my car parked and walked everywhere. Across the street is shopping. I had breakfast at Rise & Roam, and dinner a couple times at the Pub there. Also, the hotel had an unexpected water pipe that needed to be repaired but hotel was communicated effectively and the issue did not interrupt my stay at all. Will definitely stay here again.

This quaint property is in the heart of downtown Carmel. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance as well as to Carmel beach! This is our second time staying here and will stay again the next time we visit!

Great location, a bit dated but that matches the charm of Carmel. Walls are thin and nights are loud. Bring ear plugs. Night revelers will make their presence known at 0200.

Visited Carmel many times and this is my favorite mid priced property. Excellent location close enough to Ocean Avenue, but in quiet neighborhood. Spacious well appointed rooms with gas fireplaces for chilly evenings. O ff street parking provided. Well decorated, but the furniture is becoming a little worn.

Lovely little hotel
Very nice room with separate living room with fire place and tv in each room. Well equipped. My only complaint is that the mini fridge must have had something spoil in it at one time…smell was awful. You should replace it. Not much parking but we got a spot.

Super cute
A very nice room with a comfortable bed and cute little patio space. The fireplace is great and easy to use. The only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge.
