Customer service from some employees is terrible. From the person who picks me up at the airport, I asked him where downtown Monterrey was. He responded with a terrible attitude. It seemed like he was upset or his mouth hurt from speaking. I arrived at the hotel early due to my flight schedule. I bought 3 buffets for my children. The waitress was aware of the time we were seated when purchasing the service. It seemed so unfair to me that they charged me for the entire buffet for just a glass of juice and an egg and ham dish. They didn't let me serve anything else, fruit, or bread, anything. Paying for the entire buffet is a rip-off. However, afterward, I asked for a la carte service and the waitress didn't serve me until half an hour later. She was all rude and asked me if I was going to order the entire service. The quality was terrible. Very bad experience, only because my reservation was already paid for, so I didn't move to another hotel.

Can’t get any more convenient, 5 minutes from the airport and it’s a brand new modern hotel. Right next to a fantastic taco restaurant too. I’ll definitely stay here on my next visit!
