La ubicación del hotel es 10/10, tienes a al frente al metropolitan, y a un lado plaza san agustin y fashion drive. Donde tienes miles de opciones para ir a comer e ir de shopping. El hotel en sí está muy viejo y se nota, el servicio al cliente fue lo que más me decepcionó siendo un hotel de alto prestigio respondían muy tarde o no respondían en recepción cuando se ocupaba la ayuda. Te cobran el estacionamiento 110 por día, algo que tampcoo me tuvo muy convencida. PERO LA COMIDA, ROOM SERVICE ES DELICIOSA y manejan 24 horas de servicio. Creo que de los muchos hoteles en las que me he quedado, este ha sido hasta ahora el TOP en calida de comida y sazón. Las habitaciones están amplias y limpias, las señoras de limpieza parecieran estar todo el día, así que están dispuestas a limpiar aunque sea un poco pasado de las 2 pm. La alberca es amplia, limpia y caliente, lo cual me pareció increíble.
