I always have a great experience every single time that I stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very fresh. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfy.

I always stay at the Crown Plaza Hotels, especially at the one in Monterrey, Nuevo Léon, México. I always add 2 breakfast buffets, one for my spouse and one for myself. The food is always fresh and delicious.

This is old hotel has a lot rooms but no the best choice for Hotel’s ,the clean is average because is to big and is not that busy the rooms smells like old carpet the location is closed to the stores but 10 minutes walk to the marcroplsaza the swimming pool is not so clean the water looks green :/ no healthy but all the employees very nice and with excellent customer service every one are so nice : ) the rooms between 4 & 11 are small no fridge but coffee maker available.

The hotel is an old property but remains in excellent shape super clean remodeled nice rooms, all of this is meaningless when becomes the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast area and the food presentation is a shame and the food quality is very poor is incomprehensible that this hotel has such a poor breakfast even the juices are mixed with half water all other hotels of the same price range in Monterrey they have excellent food other restaurants I told the restaurant manager that the orange juice was more water than juice he acted surprised and the question is don’t they have somebody to approve the food they serve at the restaurant It’s a shame that such a nice hotel loose customers because of the poor quality food and presentation. They should send somebody from the the hotel to check the food of fiesta Americana hotels that is quality food and excellent presentation They will customers if nothing is done

The temparatuers outside are high and the room does not have a refrigerator so that you can place water/soda/something to refresh yourself after being outside. The personnel was not able to extend my visit and invited me to book in expedie instead... I do not see that efficient, mostly when I'm in front of them and they can not extend my stay...

The exception was the front desk reception staff. Staff member Christofer was apparently in an accident. He could barely move due to pain, would not speak, and offered no information on our reservation. His associate was falling asleep and did not assist.

La comida del Buffet no está muy buena, y los vasos no están bien lavados, tienen olor. El elevador tiene problemas para subir o bajar, pues tarda mucho. Y no siempre están funcionando los tres elevadores, muchas veces es solamente uno
