We stayed one night due to a late arrival from our return flight and we had to park our vehicle in the next hotel that is connected to them as they were saturated. In the morning, we were well within the breakfast time limit by at least 25 minutes and they stopped refilling the food stations ( tortillas, side dishes, etc) which affected us and deveral other families trying to have breakfast. I had to report that to the front desk, then After about 5 minutes, someone that never introduced himself( we assume it was a manager) asked us very unpolitely “-what do you want??” And I responded that we expected the all the included breakfast items to be available until the due time and nothing else, but his response was directed to us again instead of listening to the general request; he kept asking us what we wanted and after we responded just some more side dishes ( beans, etc) he directed a kitchen employee to bring us a small bowl with refried beans, ignoring the rest of the customers in the dining room. This person needs to get reprimanded to be better trained in customer service skills and also to instruct the kitchen staff to respect the time window when breakfast is offered.
