Front desk clerk not very welcoming, also I requested extra coffee, I had to call back two hours later because nobody had brought it yet. I requested a quiet room, I was assigned a room where some big fans were right outside which it was loud! Dinner was good though.

The property was very close to their terminal where I was flying out of, which was great. Check-in went OK except that the lobby was extremely hot and there was no AC. When I got to the room, the AC was off and it took a long time to cool the room. Also, the room had a musty smell. Since it was late Check-in (11pm) and I was going to wake up at 3:30pm for my early flight, I did not bother asking for another room. The only upside was the proximity to the terminal.

HGI MTY Aeropuerto is a super convenient location since it is located in Terminal B ✔️ Reception- Less than friendly / was told that being a Gold Member with Hilton makes no difference in the type of room I was getting (talk about unfriendly comment). Room was fine & Room service was super nice and friendly ✔️
