The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had great options and the food was tasty. Great location for an overnight stay near the airport with complementary airport shuttle. The bedroom was not clean. Surfaces were dusty and the carpet extremely dirty. I noticed housekeeping staff sweeping the carpet, not vacuuming it. The shower curtain was moldy. I shared my recommendations for improved cleanliness with front desk staff.

Room issues

From the room I selected and paid for I was not given that room. I selected a fits 5 people and was given one that only supported 4. I do recognize that the employees did put a twin size slide in bed but the space was to crowed for it. We sleep but not happy that I wasn’t given the room I paid for.
