Horrible, pidieron como 10 veces el “recibo de pago” y por más que les mandaba el recibo de pago que genera Expedia solo me decían que no era, y lo único que necesitaban era una captura de pantalla, por???? Me cambiaron de habitación 3 veces, una porque la puerta no servía, la segunda porque la habitación ya había sido usada y estaba sucia y en la tercera porque les faltaba pintar algo pero le dije que ya me dejaran así porque me urgía descansar, ya que eran las 3 de la mañana. Ni si quiera servía su máquina expendedora. Real una experiencia horrible.
