Did not enjoy. It is way overpriced and offers zero amenities. It was centrally located to Barrio Antiguo, but that’s where the pros end for me. I booked a double room that said it slept 4 people using Expedia but forgot to add my children to the reservation. I actually had neglected to add the kids to any of the 10 other Expedia-booked double-room hotels in our road trip from the East Coast of the US to Oaxaca, MX, but this hotel charged an additional fee for every additional guest (even kids) over the 2 adults on the reservation. Though neither the policy nor rate was listed anywhere in the reservation or front desk, I begrudgingly paid it because it was too late to cancel for a refund. I was told the extra amount was for extra amenities. However, after paying 130 for room, I was extremely disappointed to learn that the room had only two beds, a bathroom, TV, hair dryer and a safe. Nothing else - no fridge, no coffee, no water for each guest, no wash cloths, no hand towels, no drinking glasses, nada. Ok, went down to ask for glasses. No glasses anywhere in the hotel!!! I couldn’t even enjoy a chilled glass of wine. There were only two pillows per bed, so we asked for 4 more. We received only two more pillows, that arrived without pillow cases and stained. Disgusting. Will never return.

Very central area and hotel was pretty clean. Nice cafe downstairs, convenient parking lot. Staff was rude and not the friendliest which is why I give the hotel a 4 but will definitely be staying again.

Esta bien pero puede estar mejor. Instalaciones modernas, camas comodas, cuartos limpios. Pero puede mejorar. No tiene alberca, los cuartos no tienen frigobar, ni tampoco hay dispensadores de hielo! Esta ubicado muy cerca de la macroplaza, paseo santa lucia y parque fundidora puedes ir caminando. El estacionamiento se me hizo algo incomodo, pero para carros chicos esta bien.
