Horrible experience at this hotel.They have roaches in their rooms and around the area.It is not safe for family.They have prostitution facilities down the street.

This Hotel is perfect. Right in Downtown MonterreyThe staff is very friendly and professional. Parking is for compact cars only, but I drive a compact so no complains here.

Todo muy bien, solo que ya no se usa el tipo de llave que ofrecen, apenas y cabe en la bolsa del pantalon, deberian cambiar a tarjeta, y el area parece insegura.

Comfortability at its best!

Very nice place with all the needed amenities. Central in the city. Close to city bus station. Comfortable, secure, enjoyable. Good food. Inexpensive.
