The property has so much potential BUT, the staff and service was TERRIBLE! I stayed for 3 nights and called room service 3 times on the 3rd morning and never received assistance. I ordered room service and it took about 20 calls until they answered. The A/C was leaking YELLOW water the whole stay. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper when I checked and I never received another roll in the 3 nights I was there! HORRIBLE never again will I stay here. MIND YOU it was my BIRTHDAY!!!

I arrived an hour early and my room was not ready till 3:40 When we arrived in our room we had no toilet paper and no remotes for any of our tvs . The customer service was not pleasant at all . Very dissatisfied.
