Only able to communicate with one staff member due to language barrier. Rooms extremely dark, several plugs not working, totally unsuitable for anyone with any form of physical disability. Over priced. Would not recommend.

Despues de visitar Monterrety varias veces y haber estado en diferentes hoteles. Decidi estar en el "Mejor Hotel", pero no fue asi, mis expectativas eran muchas. Estos son los motivos: - Habitacion asignada con mal olor (a viejo y mucho polvo). - Pedi cambio de habitacion o upgrade, me cambiaron la habitacion pero no upgrade (con Expedia tengo derecho a upgrade). - La habitacion asignada no cumplio con las expectativas: 1. Botella de shampo y acondicionador a la mitad y tiradas en la regadera. 2. Cabellos largos en la cama, debajo de las sabanas, lo cual me dice que no hubo cambio de sabanas entre huespedes. 3. No habia control remoto de la tele. 4. La caja fuerte no funcionaba. 5. La escala para tomar el peso no servia, creemos falta de pila. 6. Solo un par de pantuflas y una sola bata de bano cuando eramos 2 personas. 7. Papel de bano de baja calidad, me roso desde la primera vez. 8. En recepcion pregunte por el spa y no supieron donde estaba. Visite por primera vez este hotel hace 10 anios y me parecio fabuloso, pero no esta vez. No ha mantenido el nivel requerido para el precio de la habitacion. Sequire buscando al mejor Holet de Monterrey. Miguel Rojas

Very nice. Just some areas need a little upkeep as they look old and outdated. We had a “pool” view which was really a wall view since it is an indoor pool which was disappointing and had a humidity smell.

Nice property but service is terrible. At the restaurant we had lunch and they took forever. When we complained the manager was upset but at us not at his team! Service is not up to the quality of property the hotel has.

There was a clicking and drilling noise that repeated itself every 30 seconds. The whole night. I was told that was because of the A/C but I did not use it! Other than that staff was very friendly and restaurant food and service very good.
