Staff support was bad, had requested connecting room 2 weeks before our check in date, once at check in we were told all of them were dirty and had to be cleaned first and to check back at 6pm. After 6pm when check again and they told us all connecting room were separate and to check back the next day we were just giving the run around and won’t be going back

Service was not good, when Inarrived to the room the bathroom had hairs in the walls and I requested the room to be cleaned at 8:00 am as I was going to be out of the room during the whole day. Came back at 18:30 room was not cleaned. The poor service of reception they told me that they did not make the room because cloth wa sin the bed.. worst service I have had in loooong time

First, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and they had to come and fix it, but it still wasn't right; it was hot. Then, the remote control didn't have batteries, and I asked customer service for them, but they never brought them. Honestly, they charge a lot of money, and they need to improve their services. Customer Service =(
