Staff is great. Condition is nice and clean. Food is ok but it is too expensive. Barely any hot water. They provide ice buckets but no ice machines. The place is convenient. Mild luxury feel. Would stay again.

I had to switch rooms due to failing air conditioning, only to end up in a room where the tv did not work until the last evening before departure. The resolution of the problems presented to the front desk staff were not handled in a fashion commensurate with his caliber of hotel.

I love booking trough Xpedia but the hotel were we were going to stay a/c was not working was not good experience I was happy with the shower it was nice elevators took forever to come by hopefully they make it better next time

The worst ever

This was, hands down, the worst stay that I had at this hotel. I had stayed here previously and had no issues, but this time it was terrible. I had stayed in this place previously, about four times. In the past, I had no issues, but upon arrival, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working. This is particularly problematic in a city like Monterrey, where the average temperatures exceed 90 degrees, making it impossible to function without it. After speaking to the front desk, I was told that this was due to the high temperatures, which is a very lame excuse when your system goes down. I was assured that by morning, it would be fixed. I stayed in the hotel for six nights, and every day I got the same response: 'We are working on it. Not even the possibility of getting a fan, and after I requested a Hotel change, I was told the very last night that they could move me to another hotel. (6) nights without air conditioning and a final offer that they will give me a voucher for a free dinner!! Totally ridiculous, and the customer service was the worst that I've experienced in a very long time. Yiou pay a substantiial amount of money to stay in a comfortable place, and at the end of the day, you get tortured by high temperatures. The least they can do is to give me a complete new stay for free!! Never again I will sttay in this place.

It’s 103 outside and our room was 86 degrees the entire day ( and part of the day before) the air condition was down. I had to requested to be moved it was never offered from the staff and we were moved to a lower category hotel. We keep getting told that they were on it. The staff seemed indifferent every time I called to ask about the status. If you plan to visit during the summer months you might want to consider staying elsewhere
