I loved the Lobby. My room was good. The service for drinks and food in the Lobby was bad. Many times I was there with other guests and not busy was ignored and slow. They made mistakes on my bill. I try to give everyone a chance but this happened every night.

Near to a mall with good dinning options. The hotel is old and some accessories like the shower and phone were not working properly. I had to reported a smelly towel (disgusting) but the staff fixed everything right away

I had to wait 1 hour for the check in process. I got to my room and the coffee maker was dirty with old coffee beans. The trash cans did not have bags.
