Everything was perfect. The only thing I would like to mention is that the receptionist only recommended their transportation when we wanted to head out to town instead of giving us the option between their transportation and Uber. Their transportation fee was $28 plus tax and Uber was $7. Other than that, this is a really great resort. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the views are AMAZING! Fine hotel, but not really worth the expense. They sell a pass that includes access to all pools and all other resort amenities. I'd recommend trying that and staying somewhere nearby.

This is one of the best places I have visited! Staff is so courteous, views are stunning, facilities are thought thru in so many details to make the stay so comfortable for each guest. The hot springs are so cool and the vegetation around is so lush and beautiful. Just an amazing stay, I wish I came here for my honeymoon!
