Awful experience not coming back Being a diamond member they had me waiting on the lobby to be able to check in when they were taking people waking in and getting a room without a reservation being made before hand, lady on the front desk was rude and not very talkative as she was counting money and ignoring people around her, once I get to the room AC was off and hot inside the room with a old smell on the room. Mini fridge was unplugged took for ever to get cold. Shower door won’t stay close it keep opening up as I was taking my shower which resulted in the restroom floor being wet. Loud music until late night especially during the weekends so if you have a hard time sleeping with noise be aware of that. Definitely need attention it’s nothing like it use to be on my previous visits.
