Helpful friendly staff, great location, charming garden patio. A perfect place to stay.

My wife and I stayed at Hôtel Gramont 17 years ago, before we had children, and always hoped we would return one day. This time, we came back with our two kids, and the experience did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautifully located, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like coming home and created a special full-circle moment for our family. We also ate several times at Caffè Concerto downstairs, Chez Massimo et Michele, and the experience was exceptional. The food was excellent, but the warmth and hospitality made it unforgettable. One night, we returned late after seeing the Eiffel Tower illuminated, and the kitchen had already closed. Michele still thoughtfully sent us fresh zucchini and peppers, along with the best tiramisu we have ever had. From our first day to our final meal, we were treated like family. We left with hugs and kisses and memories our children will always cherish. Thank you to everyone at Hôtel Gramont and Chez Massimo et Michele for making our return to Paris so meaningful. We cannot wait to come back.

New modern interior in the rooms and bath; great a/c; great location for shopping, restaurants, the park.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel! So close to everything, a quick walk to the metro, and an excellent home base for a trip to Paris! We visited during the July heatwave and the hotel's AC was a true blessing. The staff were friendly and helpful, with plenty of recommendations when we asked. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We were always happy to return to our rooms at the end of a long day exploring the city. Highly recommend and will stay here again when I return!

This was our second visit to Hotel Chamar and, as previously, lovely room, excellent breakfast and friendly/helpful team, all in a great location. I have dropped one star from the rating, however, as on one day of our stay we were late out of the room (1.30pm) and our room was unserviced when we returned (8pm). I appreciate that the staff immediately provided towels etc. when informed/asked, but I think we would have appreciated a prior warning if rooms couldn’t be serviced after a certain time. This would not stop us from staying with the Hotel and, overall, we think the hotel and team are great, thank you.

Our favorite part about our stay was that everyday at 3pm, coffee, tea, and cake were served in the lobby. It was delicious! The rooms were clean. However, we did notice there was black mold in our shower. The hotel seems to be a little older and one of the rooms was completely gutted and getting a makeover, so construction was going on. Overall, the staff was very nice. We had a good time.

The front desk could be a little more helpful on arrival and departure.
