The rooms had a cottage feel but located close to each other . Our family in 3 rooms were able to get together in the nicely apointed lobby and the 2 restaurants. These places were tastefully decorated with very exquisite artefacts. It was also conveniently located close to santa Elena town where many dining options were available at a walking ditance. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional The food was very tasty. Overall our family enjoyed staying at Sibu lodge

Strongly recommend this hotel!

We loved staying here. We had 2 rooms & both were very clean with super soft sheets. Though we were in the city, the hotel's use of plants all around made it an oasis. The Happy Hour was wonderful & the included breakfast was loved by my kids. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay in Santa Elena

Amazing stay at Sibu Lodge in Santa Elena! Really beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was great, breakfast was great and located close to town for short (but hilly walk). Only watchout would be if you're planning to go to sleep early... walls are fairly thin and easy to hear goings on around hotel - nothing some earplugs can't fix - would stay again and would recommend.

Great Stay!

Hotel is better in person than in photos! Rooms were very clean and modern, the hotel felt like a big treehouse with all the modern amenities. A beautiful view of monteverde and the village. Food was excellent as well as the service. Only downside is neighbors can be a little noisy, we could hear everything from our neighbors next door

Staff was amazing, from front desk Hazel's welcome and suggestions throughout, to the servers in the dining room to everyone we encountered. Such kindness. We didn't expect such a pretty walk to our room. It felt like a stroll through a garden, and we loved the little covered sitting area in front of our door (which we never even used). The room was clean and dry (not easy in a rainforest!), the breakfast was great and included a menu to order from a variety of mains in addition to the buffet. And it was not a hard walk to town. Was a great find and would happily stay again if in the area.

Very nice rooms, restaurant and bar with nice outside landscaping. The negative is the room has an AC but it would be better to have a heat instead because it was only 17 Celsius in December with rainy weather so everything was damp during the 3 days we were. The wet clothes were not able to dry and we were chilled.

It's a very nice and beautiful small lodge. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and tours. Breakfast is delish. Just wish they have a pool to relax. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Both the room and the bathroom are big. We had 2 queens and a single beds, it's perfect for our family. The complimentary breakfast is great, too. Highly recommended.
