The hotel was absolutely filthy. Seems they hadn’t turned on the vacuum in months. The room was dusty and it smelled, the hallways were absolutely disgusting.

Hotel Dazzler is very nice but it could improve with little changes, like USB chargers by the nightstand, a more accessible towel hook in the bathroom (there is only one and very high) and ashtrays by the pool, so the floor is not full of cigarettes.

Pool didn't appear to be too clean as the water was cloudy. The hallways and room had a lot of wear and tear so the property could use a renovation. One of the maintenance guys we ran into in the elevator a few times was super friendly

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to help. We told them a few times that the air conditioning in our room was not working and it took over 5 hours of heat for them to change our room. Staff is unfriendly.

Convenient location for shopping

It was a good location for us because we had family nearby. The room and facilities are a little old and outdated. There was a cockroach near the espresso machine which we killed. The bathroom had a funky smell was our biggest issue. The breakfast was great!! The bed was comfortable and the people were nice.
