Breakfast was nice as well as the bottle of wine in our room. The hotel is centrally located in a safe walkable neighborhood. It was a bit run down with chipped bathtub and flooring boards separated. Not very clean. There was hair on the sink and the floors had coat of dirt on them. The bed was comfortable. We had reserved a penthouse and when we arrived they told us it was not available.

If you are driving just be aware that even though they advertise parking for a surcharge($14 dollars). They only have a few spots available. We ended up paying about $20 across the street.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay!
We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was so helpful and attentive to our needs. There were times we didn’t get towels but all it took was for us to go downstairs and they would give us whatever we needed. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, even with test information. The housekeepers were on top of everything. The ladies in the cafeteria would arrange our breakfast on a tray to bring upstairs to my mom. They were all genuinely nice and we really appreciated that. Our pick up for departure was late in the day, and we were allowed to keep our luggage downstairs and go to the 11th floor as we needed to, where we could rest and use the restroom.

This is a 2-3 star property, definitely not 4 stars. The location is good, very close to the boardwalk and a shopping mall. The receptionists are not very proactive and have no clue about the restaurants and things to do. The room I stayed ((2 twin bed room) actually had 3 beds. It was very basic and not appealing at all. The bathroom is ok but is basic as well. The room is quite noisy since the door and walls are not protecting against the noise from the hallway or neighbors. I would only choose the hotel if you look for an inexpensive place to stay and there is no alternative available.
