The room was an icebox. The heater never turned on. It just pushed cold air. There were no extra blankets. Had to sit in the car to warm up then run to the room. The breakfast was meh. They had a ceiling tile break due to a leak.

Elevator out of service. Shower drained slow, which made water pool in the bottom. Sour smell in room. AWFUL lighting throughout the facility. Breakfast worst I've seen for a hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been too. The hotel stunk, it had a weird odor. The lighting was dim, which made it seem creepy and I felt unsafe. When I got to the room it had a foul smoke odor. I am allergic to smoke. They were told I wanted a non smoking room. The man even quoted it back when I called and told them I left the key on the nightstand. The walls had stains on them. Nasty, who does that? Also the floors were dirty and feces was on the toilet. Me and my sister had an allergy attack and I had a panic attack. My sister said no, I'm not leaving you here in this filthy room. I'll find you a decent room to spend two nights. I left the key on the nightstand and we left. My mother got me the room on Expedia because it looked clean and safe. I had job training in Montgomery for 2 days. The room looks nothing like it does on Expedia. I would have never choose to stay somewhere like that. I wouldn't even let my DOG stay there. It's a crying shame that Expedia would advertise falsely. It's just not right to do someone like that and you don't know if they have extra money. I thank God my sister went in with me to check it out. If she would have left me I would have been in a mess and terrified.
