The owners were very nice but the hotel was old and needed repairs. There was mold all along the edges of our shower, the bathroom floor was rippled and there were bugs. The elevator didn’t work in the morning so we had to make several trips to the car using the stairs. The area around the hotel was derelict and light industry. There were no nice restaurants to go to either. All in all I would never recommend this hotel and I’m surprised it has Comfort Inn and Suites endorsement.

Food for breakfast was spoiled Same food as day before Cleaning people use way too much carpet deodorant Hotel behind this one has homeless people living in it and had limited parking where it was well lite so that things were not stolen or broken into Was on 3rd floor and the windows opened and no screen in windows

First. The front desk receptionist was great. The elevator was stalling since we arrived on Dec. 25th. Finally on December 28th the elevator completely stopped We were on the 3rd floor. I and my friend are elderly and I have bad knees. With only 1 elevator, we had to walk up 3 flight of stairs. Once we got up to our room, our room wasn't cleaned and no clean towels. I called and mentioned our room hadn't been cleaned and could someone bring up some clean towels, he said No, we had to come down. My friend, had to walk down the stairs to get clean towels and I wasn't happy about that. This is my first time Ever having this type of Experience at Comfort Inn.

Check the per policy!!!

The main issue we had here was with the booking service we used for this reservation. The facility has been recently remodeled and it looks great! The breakfast was advertised as a continental breakfast. To me that says donuts and coffee. But what they had was a hot breakfast with fried eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy with a wonderful flavor! We were traveling with a pet. The booking website said this property's policy was that you could have up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. It would be an additional $15 pet pet as long as they were less than 40 lbs. At check-in, I was informed that each pet would cost an additional $20 per night and the document I signed said it was for dogs only! So anyone traveling with cards should be aware of this! These are the kinds of things we spend a lot of time researching so we don't have to run into these kinds off issues after driving 650 miles! So whether this problem lies with the booking service or the property owners. But it's something I think needs to be squared up if for no other reason than customer service. This is something that could cause real issues for travellers! Putting the whole pet issue aside, I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! The property was clean. It was easily accessable to I-85. And I believe it was fairly priced.

Very unhappy with how this turned out

This was my second time booking this hotel and this time was nothing like the first. I had to change my bedding due to dirty covers and received a nasty call from the manager about multiple in my room while I wasn’t even there. We then got changed to another room due to the sink not draining. In the new room the shower handle was broken and hardly nothing was wiped off or anything.

There were bugs on the sofa in the room occupied before complaints. The condition of the sofa that the bugs were noticed on was filthy and masked or covered with a covering of some sort, possibly table cover. The next room offered was smelly like urine or something.
