Room 104 is a disgrace
This was the worst hotel we have stayed in. I just don’t understand. The reviews were amazing. But upon arrival the hotel was old and beat up. The smell was bad and they tried to cover it up with perfume. We were given room 104 which was a King bed, accessible room. The hallway reeked of pot. Inside our room was humid, musty and smelled like pot. Once we finally got the room cooled down it was better but I think we just got used to the smell. The room was disgusting. Everything felt so gross and sticky. The bathroom smelled worse. The water from the shower emptied right out into the center of the bathroom. There was nothing to keep the water in the shower. The microwaved wasn’t cleaned out, the in shower seat was dirty which could have been easily cleaned by soap and a brush. The beds headboard had greasy handprints everywhere and head/hair oil. For this to be made for handicapped or elderly people, the owners should be ashamed of the condition. Breakfast was bad. The eggs and sausage made my husband sick. I ate cereal since the food looked raw and sketchy to me. Upon returning to our room to pick up our luggage, the mold smell was overwhelming. This room is a slip hazard and a serious health hazard.
Drain isn’t effective enough and shower curtain does t event touch the floor to assist in keeping in the water. Someone is going to slip and fall!!!!!

Missing knob Comfort couldn’t bother to replace.
Rust, mold, mildew. I’m 10000% sure mold remediation needs to happen.

Good stay and clean
The check in clerk was very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The only flaw I has was the design of door into the room facing the bathroom. So if your in the bathroom with door open and someone comes into the room, you are all exposed to people in the hallway to see. Breakfast was okay, the coffee did not taste great and not a big selection to choose from. But overall we would stay again.
