Stingy with utensils

On a limited diet and have to bring my own breakfast. Asked for a spoon and was refused because I wouldn’t buy breakfast from the hotel. Had to use a straw to eat. The next morning a different employee actually gave me plastic utensils to use. Why was this not an option the first morning?

We were there eight days. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. We use a Marriott Bonvoy credit card and always stay in Marriott hotels. The Prattville Courtyard was a bit dated and missing a few amenities and did not include breakfast as some newer hotels do, but breakfast was available for purchase and the breakfast staff and Tina were exceptionally nice. We would certainly stay there again.

Our first room’s air conditioner was not working and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating having us move to another room that was nearby so we would not have to move our luggage far. Comfortable and clean! Thank you!
