The room advertised to sleep 5 people most certainly could not. We left a day early and stayed elsewhere, though they didn't care because it was 3 pm before we found another room so they didn't have to refund anything. Service was awful. You'd think the towels were coming from the desk agent's personal linen closet with the attitude over having to walk 12 feet to get us more towels while on her phone. Just oddly rude.

Supposedly having work done at the time of my stay that caused the water to be brown for about a minute. The room i was given had some dingy towels which the front desk guy afford no effort to resolve. Next the trash wasn't removed from the prior occupant and the front desk guy offered NO resolve to that either. Was too tired to change. Dont see how rhis place this place ever got 4 stars.

We stayed over one night while on a road trip. We had room 115 and I found it to be quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom and room were clean and I’d definitely stay again if ever in the area. There is a Walmart a few minutes away and we drove 10-15 minutes to prattville park with our young daughter which was really fun for her and accessible as well. The breakfast was just okay but we definitely didn’t go hungry so I can’t complain too much.
