The best thing was the bed was comfortable, but the bed coverings felt damp. Also the room smelled like mold. The restroom floor was dirty and the shower was on an incline in a handicapp accessible room. The tv options did not allow for personal app usage which would have been a plus for me

Nothing unique. Front desk clerk had me waiting to check in while she was on a personal call. Maid didn't have room ready at 2:45 the clerk assigned me so I had to take my luggage back down to get another room. On check out day the maid knocked on the door at 10:25 am and told me I had to check out right then. I told her check out time was at 11:00am and she insisted it was right then.

Good but needs some work

Went to the hotel everything was fine nothing really to complain about only thing was that one employee at check in assumed i was under the age of 21 even though my i.d stated i turned 21 in 2024 and i literally had to tell him i will be 22 in a couple of months and he did not at least did a small apology. It is not a bad hotel but i really wish they tried to keep it up to date and make a lil more clean
