Paul at evening check in was amazing. The location, convenience, and walkable dining options were awesome. However, the condition of the room wasn’t the best. There some tiles missing in the bathroom. The drain had a loose screw that was sticking up on the floor, the linens smelled faintly of soured water.

All the problems started at check in. I have stayed at this hotel many times and never experienced what I did this trip. Hilton is a name known for professionalism and nice hotels. Well this one in Prattville is a whole other situation. When I checked in the lady that was working the desk on 12/23 at 1:30 pm was nice. However there was this guy hanging around the front desk which could hear all my information, which I didnt like. This hotel is practically brand new. The hotel wasn't packed. I asked for a room on the 1st floor. She said all they had was 1 room, but it didnt have a black-out curtain. Why, I dint know but it makes sense later. So she put me in a room on the 2nd floor. When I walked into the riom, I didnt even need a key as the door is broken. So I went down to ask her to switch me to a different room. That random guy was still hanging out at the desk with her. So she gave me the key to a room next door, I put my stuff in the room and left the hotel to spend Christmas Eve at my family's house. When I came back later that night around 10 pm. A different girl was working at that time. The most unprofessional and rude person I have ever come across. I go up to the room and this room door lock latch is missing. So I go down to yet ask for another room. She also had a guy hanging around the desk. I asked her to talk to me away from the desk as he could hear our information. I DID NOT WANT THIS RANDOM GUY KNOWING WHAT ROOM I WAS IN! There is more..

The stay was ok just didnt like the fact i dont have a microwave in the room and i couldn't connect to thw wifi key card lock me out my room had to reset it but overall it was very nice and clean and affordable

Great Place to Stay!
Our stay was absolutely the Best! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling. The hotel was so clean and smelled so good. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I will definitely being stay again if I’m ever in the area.

I love this hotel. The night I checked in the front desk gentleman, I believe his name was James, was so super sweet, very accomodating and nice. Cannot say enough good things about him. The next morning breakfast was delayed. Whomever was working the front desk on Sunday morning (was a girl) was kinda rude. She didnt apologize to everyone waiting for breakfast. In fact, she acted like we were bothering her. She said the worker was running late that handles the breakfast. She doesnt need to be eorking the front desk as she is rude.

Bed was comfortable but condition of the room was very poor. Holes in the wall and marks also. The blackout blinds were broke and rolled up and wedged in the window. Tub was not cleaned well.

We stayed for an overnight while traveling home and found the property new but with a lot of quirky things not usually found in the Hilton brand. Room was small and very bare bones, with odd styling features that may be aimed at a different demographic. Towels were very small and bath floor tiles became very slippery when wet. Overall not much for the price we paid, but we slept well
