I will never stay at this property again. Everything here needs some serious attention and cleaning. The staff were nice, property management has failed miserably in keeping this hotel in shape. Beds, linens, bathroom fixtures needed to be replaced years ago. I chose not to eat the”free” breakfast due to my observations.

My Stay
Hotel is old carpet throughout hotel was very dirty which made the hotel have a mold smell. I used the washing machine combo that they had you it took my .75 cent maintenance person was helpful and give me the .75 cent back which I used to dry my clothes. Breakfast was normal grab and go and hot items. Parking was not that great seems they share a parking lot with a car mechanic shop on our last day when we came back around 8pm in the evening parking was tight. Bedding top sheet was worn didn’t stay on the bed heating/AC Unit was loud made all kinds of noise. Overall place needs to be updated badly

Room was clean, staff was great. The carpet in the elevator was badly stained which was a negative. Breakfast was tasty but FOX NEWS was a big, big negative. Perhaps a home show would be more enjoyable to more people.

I did not check in for the visit. I tried checking in early, but the staff/manager was rude, not accommodating; she insisted the "type" of room I booked eas not available for early check in and even when I offered to pay more or to book a different room type, she still refused. She was lod and obnoxious. Unprofessional. I just went up the highway to the next hotel and stayed there instead.

We were there for our anniversary 11 years ago and we had the chance to revisit on our way back from St. Louis. The area has developed but the property was still nice and charming in its appearance. The breakfast was great, the attending staff was super helpful and friendly.

Good value but could stand some upgradds
The room was clean and the room cleaning service was great. Suite was kind of dark. New lighting and furniture in the living area would help. They really need to upgrade the toilets. They are so low and small that I would not be surprised if they were from an elementary school. Carpet in hallways could be cleaner. Should start a recycling prorgram.
